When considering to sell, you need to have the following:
Title Deed
Purchase Sale Agreement
Up to date Service Charge Statement
DEWA and COOLING BILLS (DEWA & EMPOWER)
Fixtures and fittings list
Mortgage details (if applicable)
Power of Attorney (If Applicable)
Once a buyer is sourced, we will take a deposit and an NOC will be applied for. On the date of transfer, we will arrange buyer’s cheques/transfers to be paid to you.
